Welcome to the first June issue of your favorite Algorand gaming update. This week the uptick in activity of gaming updates continues and we are super excited to see it. This week we have news about the GushiLand beta, Zone drops tons of news for their June event, Crypcentral reveals a development update on their mini game and much more. Let’s do this!

GushiLand, a strategic turn based PvPvE game, has announced the much-anticipated launch of their beta for Gushi Force. This beta access will initially be exclusive to players who have obtained the “Beta Gushers” title in their Discord server.
Those who don’t possess the title yet can join the game’s quests on Zealy. Beta Gushers will find a form to complete in a private Discord channel. This form will ask for information to identify the gaming platform they’ll use, allowing the GushiLand team to send the game version that’s compatible with their device. We hope everyone is excited about this as we are and if you haven’t yet, go on and get that Beta Gusher title!
Zone, a casual gaming platform, revealed Phase 1 of their ‘Crypto Summer’ event, marking the start of a month-long extravaganza in crypto gaming. The event is expected to bring groundbreaking updates, substantial new token utilities, significant value unlock for AFKGang members, and global community activations. The event, that started on Thursday, June 1st, also teases an epic surprise at the end. The roadmap in the tweet below lays out Zone’s commitment to making this summer the most bullish season for crypto gaming.
Other updates dropped during the week include, the reveal of chess coming to the platform soon, gamer identities and utility for AFK NFT holders.

Crypcentral, has shared an update on their web3 mini-game, CrypcentralPOP, including gameplay features, blockchain integration, and upcoming marketing initiatives for the game.
In terms of gameplay, the rate of bubble spawning increases as player combos grow, adding both challenge and reward to the game. To track progress, ‘Combo Circles’ have been added to the game interface, which update after every 50 bubbles popped.
Crypcentral also announced their partnership with Dropchain, which will provide blockchain integration for the game, enhancing security, transparency, and decentralized functionality. These features can already been seen in the recently released AlgoPatties.
Lastly, with the imminent release of CrypcentralPOP, the team is planning its first major marketing campaign, with efforts focusing on platforms like Vestige and Twitter. They aim to generate interest and attract players to the unique gameplay experience of CrypcentralPOP.

May was an absolutely huge month for the Algo Leagues team with their Mayo De Algo event. During this month long event they expanded the number of Discord servers hosting their bot from ~18 to a whopping 66! This is incredible growth and it’s been so fun to see all the “rain” commands dropping tokens to active users in so many different Algorand discords.
To top it all off, the Algo Leagues team are featured in the upcoming Q2 Warp & Weft with this amazing artwork on the cover!

AlgoSeas, an idle pirate game, has announced some key updates this week:
They are providing Algo Skulls as rewards to players who have recently spent Algo in the game. This includes purchasing dubs, paying for an extra witch doctor ritual, and reviving a pirate. Every Algo spent earns the player a ticket, valid for 3 days.
They’re in the process of enhancing user experience, especially for new players. The team is working on reworking the edit thresholds modal to simplify the game’s initiation process, helping new players avoid making fatal mistakes for their pirates.
A new feature, ‘guild boss battles’, is being introduced. In this feature, guilds can summon a boss and members select a pirate to attack with. The boss battles encourage strategizing as certain choices will result in more damage inflicted. Players can use their dead pirates in these battles and the rewards for defeating a boss include stat boosts and an increased probability of revival.
As we get closer to the release of the highly anticipated Project Drone Galaxy, the team has dropped a sneak peek in their Discord server and all we can say is, wow. We have a feeling that this release is going to be huge and can’t wait to hear and see more!
