BIG TOURNAMENT ANNOUNCEMENT. Cosmic Champs, a tower rush real-time strategy game, is preparing for its first community tournament on July 1st and 2nd, supported by the Algorand Foundation. With a prize pool up to 25,000 ALGO and 32 NFTs, the event will be open to anyone with an Algorand wallet. New functionality like flying units and boosts to Champ stats through Space Rocks and NFTs will be added ahead of the tournament.
The 48-hour tournament consists of a Qualification stage and a Champ stage. In the Qualification stage, players earn points from battles to increase their chances of winning. The top 8 move on to the structured Champ stage, battling in best-of-three matches.
Players must ensure their wallets are opted into COSG (ASA 1065092715) to receive any prizes won. These include a unique winner NFT for the Champ stage victor, finalist NFTs for the rest of the top 8, and participation NFTs for all other players. Hourly spot prizes, a 10 ALGO reward for the first 100 new wallets registered for the tournament, and a 100 COSG bounty for anyone who beats Matty or Simon in the Qualification stage will also be available. Players can also earn extra points in the tournament through a referral program.

Arcadian Tales, a text-based adventure game, has collaborated with Pristine Prism, the creators of Pristine Princesses, Pristine Homeworlds and soon to be Pristine Princes. Through this collab, you can now earn Prisms on your solo and wander adventures! Prisms are the utility token for Pristine Prism and it is rumored that there will be some Arcadian Tales utility added to them, we shall find out soon.
There were also a few UI updates, such as bot message formatting and server consolidation.
GushiLand, the strategic turn-based PvPvE game, is making final preparations for the private beta launch of Gushi Force, and has introduced new features to enhance the gameplay experience.
Key additions include the spawn of Yolkis, with special visual effects activated when Gushi housing them are defeated. These effects were created in collaboration with artist Daniele Giuntoli (Finnedorn). The game has also introduced a dynamic audio track that synchronizes with gameplay progression to enhance immersion.
To facilitate smooth player competition with their Gushi teams, they have implemented a system called Unity Relay in its in-game lobbies. This will avoids technical complications and delays, ensuring an immediate, high-performance gaming experience for players.
